The time has come (and to be honest, we didn’t think it would) for us to document the arrival of baby #2!! As many of you remember, we documented sweet little Maeve in my weekly growing bell. This time, the props will be limited and probably a little less creative. Why you ask??? As much as I hate to admit this (but many second and third time mamas can understand), it’s a little more difficult the second time around. Just different in many ways…one of which is less sleep! And come on…sleep = creativity. Ha! No, but for real…we just decided we would document my growing bell in a little simpler fashion this time around :) And we are beyond thrilled to do so. Here’s kicking off the second trimester…woo hoooo…

Until next time…

Sweet baby Wyatt is here!!! And of course we had to him in a veggie basket since their family owns an awesome CSA. Too much cuteness…

You guys are awesome! Thanks!

We met up one early morning on a scorching hot day with the Chinanders to photograph their sweet little bump. I have to say…I absolutely loved how accomodating and kind you both were. And not to mention what I was asking you to do in heels, Megan :) I loved them all from this shoot. Take a peek…

Can’t wait to meet your little babe. See you in a few weeks! Thank you!

Jessica and Jeff’s wedding day was filled with more sentiment than one would think at first glance. Her garter had pieces from her mother and grandmother’s wedding dresses, a piece of her grandfather’s old blue shirt was sewn into her dress, she wore her other grandmother’s jewelry, and the list goes on and on. Not to mention the love and joy that they were surrounded with.

I was drawn to the way Jeff looked at Jessica…when he saw her for the first time, when she walked down the aisle, and when he accidently spilled his beer on himself. He looked at her the way a groom should look at his bride…ALL day long. And Jessica…what an awesome bride. No drama or awkwardness and incredibly welcoming of us. Even when I snapped a few of her crazy post dancing and sweating hair as she tried to untangle it ;)

Of course there are too many to post, so I’ll put just a few faves…

Thank you for sharing your day with us. What a day it was!
